These are all of the Mahan cousins - five under the age of five. Barry and I "borrowed" Gabe and Audrey's cousins, Tytus, Jonah, and Silas, to take a group picture of all of them as a gift for his parents and grandparents. If you have never tried to take a semi-formal group picture of five kids this age, I think the phrase "herding cats" would best describe our efforts. You'll quickly notice that there is not a single picture above, or in any of the many others taken that evening, in which everyone is looking the same direction AND smiling. Kids, one at a time, would randomly stand up and leave the couch. There were four of us trying to act silly and get the kids to look in one place and smile, but we could have used at least four more adults to accomplish this. It still turned out really adorable and in my opinion they are an awfully cute group of kids.
