We LOVE cute little dresses.
She is not loving her bath here. Gabe asked me to make her stop crying. I wish I could!
This had better be the only time she is posted on the internet like this.
Aunt Ali in from New York to see Audrey for the first time.

Nobody puts Audrey in a corner...

...or in her crib, or playpen, or swing, or anywhere else where she is not being held, for longer than a couple of minutes. She really had the sympathy factor going for her when she was sick, but now that she is not sick anymore, we WILL be working on getting her used to her crib. (I could not resist this onesie. If there was one in a larger size, I would have bought one for myself. "Dirty Dancing" is one of my favorite cheesy movies of all time.)

Happy Birthday, Papaw Buddy!

While Audrey and I were quarantined at the house, Barry and Gabe got to help Papaw celebrate his 79th birthday, with many more to go.

No cute pictures here

Everyone in our house is sick this week. Gabe has been the most pleasant sick person out of the four of us. As he would say in his Jamaican phrase he learned from Papaw, he has "no problem, mon" with coughing and having snot hanging out of his nose. Audrey is snorting like a wild pig, so now we have to wear stylish blue surgical masks, a la Michael Jackson, to prevent us from re-infecting her while she gets better. And she may or may not have RSV, so we have to watch out for her not breathing, etc. Surprisingly (or maybe, not at all surprisingly), Barry and I have been the biggest babies about being sick. Barry's been blasting the t.v. because his ears are clogged, which drives me crazy, and my raspy voice sounds like I've had a 40-year, 5-pack-a-day habit (very attractive sounding), which probably drives him crazy. Colds are not fun to begin with, but when you're already low on sleep, living in a house messier than it used to be, and taking care of a newborn and a stubborn 3-year-old, it's really not cool.
